This is Jennifer Summerfeldt's booking calendar. If you are a former client, you can use this calendar. Jennifer offers transformational coaching and nervous system informed counselling services. All sessions are conducted over video conferencing via JaneApp unless you prefer phone. Prior to our session, please ensure you have a comfortable space to be in throughout the duration with no distractions, have a journal and pen handy, and have a headset if possible.
